Day 3:

 

Today is the 3rd day!

If you made to day 3 then congratulations! This is a huge milestone! Staying consistent is the HARDEST thing to do while working out! Even though you made it this far you still have to keep going and keep pushing! It will all be worth it! Good luck! ❤️

Run/Walk at least 1 mile

 

  • Arm Circles X 30

  • Pushup X 10

  • Tricep Dip X 10

  • Shoulder taps X 15

  • Golf ball arms X 30

  • Single leg tricep dips X 10 (each leg)

Repeat X2 (Beginner), X3 (Intermediate), X4 (Advanced)

Ab workout 3
